麻豆精选 is celebrating its first-generation students this week with a series of events and programs to spotlight and encourage current students who will be the first in their families to earn a bachelor鈥檚 degree. As part of the celebration, some faculty and staff who were first-generation students share their stories in their own words.

麻豆精选 celebrated the journey of first-generation college students and those who have made an impact serving as their mentors and advocates with the 鈥淚 Am First鈥 awards ceremony on Wednesday.

麻豆精选鈥檚 10th Annual Neuroscience Symposium began Thursday with a keynote address by Tracy L. Bale, Ph.D., titled "The biology of trauma: Understanding risk and resilience."  

Conversation Partners Program

The Conversation Partners Program at 麻豆精选is a voluntary program that pairs international students with students from the United States for a once-a-week chat to discuss their different cultures.
