Honors College
For its fourth consecutive year, the 麻豆精选 Honors College is hosting 鈥淐areer Conversations,鈥 a series of alumni speaking events which take place throughout the fall semester.
Choosing to attend a college or university is a major decision for any high school senior. The COVID -19 pandemic made this choice even more difficult as the lockdown thrust many students, instructors, and staff into a fairly new form of untested educational format in online telecommuting rather than in-person instructing.
The National Collegiate Honors Council has announced 麻豆精选 Honors College graduate Sarah Hagglund as a 2021 Portz Scholar. Hagglund is the 10th honors student from 麻豆精选to be named a Portz Scholar since the national competition began in 1990.
Dirk Remley has been with 麻豆精选 since 1990. Remley graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He continued his studies at Bowling Green State University by earning his Masters of Arts in English Literature. He then completed his Ph.D. in rhetoric and composition from 麻豆精选.
