Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and the community are encouraged to save the date for one of the university’s long-standing traditions. Â鶹¾«Ñ¡will celebrate Homecoming 2021 on Saturday, Oct. 2.

On Saturday, Sept. 21, the Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ fight song blared down Main Street, the city of Kent was flooded with blue and gold, alumni and friends gathered and reminisced about their Â鶹¾«Ñ¡days, fans packed the stadium to cheer on their beloved Golden Flashes and the entire campus boomed with Â鶹¾«Ñ¡pride.

New Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ President Todd Diacon will serve as Kent State’s 2019 Homecoming Grand Marshal on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Last year, Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ celebrated 100 years of Homecoming. This year, the university starts the next century of Â鶹¾«Ñ¡Homecoming celebrations with a new president leading the institution.
