This 11-week course offers a comprehensive, realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women of all ages and abilities.

Option 1: Mondays, Feb. 3 - Apr. 14 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (no class on Mar. 10)
Cost: Student $55, Member $65, Non-member $75
This two-and-a-half hour program covers the basics of indoor climbing including equipment, bouldering, top rope climbing, and belaying with an ATC and Gri-gri device.
