- No outside food is permitted.
- Public Skating admission sales will begin 30-minutes prior to the session start time.
- We accept credit and debit card payments only (Visa, MC, Discover). No cash sales.

Group Rate Pricing is available. Please contact Ice Arena management, at icearena@kent.edu, three days prior to the scheduled public session.
PLEASE RETURN SKATES TO THE SKATE RENTAL COUNTER
- Skates should fit snug and feel tight around the foot and ankle.
- Provide the staff with your shoe size. Half sizes round down.
- There should be no extra room for the foot to slide or move.
- Skates should be tied as tight as possible from the base of the foot all the way to the ankle and around the hooks.
- Skates can always be exchanged for a different size.
