After Hours Rentals
Basic Package
Our four-hour basic package costs $2,000 and is designed for up to 250 participants. This includes the following:
- Sports arena (four courts)
- Racquetball courts (four courts)
- Multipurpose gym
- Mall
- Seminar rooms
- Natatorium ( 2 hours, 75 person limit)
Additional Options:
- $4 per person for everyone over the initial 250 participants.
- The climbing wall is available $125/hour and requires a 2 hour minimum.
- $125 for every hour over the initial four hours.
- $125 for every hour over the initial two hours in the natatorium.
Payment Options:
- Reservations require a four week notice and a 25 percent non-refundable deposit.
- Reservations also require a $500 security deposit.
- One chaperone is required for every 10 participants under 18 years of age.
- An insurance rider of at least $1,000,000 is required.
Theme Package
Our theme package costs $3,800 and includes everything listed above in the basic package plus your choice of four inflatable activities. Please contact us regarding this package.
Pool Only Package
- $250 per hour
- Two hour minimum requirement
- 75 person limit in the pool
