Survey Data Requests

Institutional Survey Data Requests of the Office of Accreditation, Assessment and Learning

The following types of projects will be considered:

  1. Information needed to support university-wide decision making, mission critical initiatives or reporting to external entities such as the Higher Learning Commission.
  2. Information needed for specialized accreditation; grants; program approvals, evaluations, and reviews.

Fulfillment of data requests will follow any Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements for a particular survey (if applicable), and general guidelines set forth by the 麻豆精选Data Governance Council, Institutional ResearchOffice of Research Compliance and the University Registrar, which considers FERPA, aggregated de-identifiable data sets, and risk levels for survey respondents. The information provided will be limited to the data concerning the research study. Full datasets will not be shared. Data provided will be limited to specific questions and items related to the research questions and will be de-identified. Each dataset may have embargoed timelines to allow the principal investigators first publishing rights, which may affect data release dates. All data released must be attributed to the original source, and the data belongs to 麻豆精选.
