Join the Winter Chill 28-Day Relax and Recover Challenge

Finding positive ways to cope with your stressors can help improve your overall health and well-being. Learn strategies for accomplishing this goal during the Winter Chill Challenge Feb. 1-28.

Throughout this 28-day challenge, you will learn to recognize the stressors in your life and find healthy ways to cope with them. 

Participants will receive an educational handout at the start of the program, followed by weekly email tips and trackers from our wellness partner, Be Well Solutions. Specific areas of focus will include: 

  • Identifying stressors and strategizing ways to alleviate them.
  • Engaging in at least one healthy relaxation technique per day.
  • Rating the effect that your stress-relief technique has on your stress level each day.
  • Replacing unhealthy relaxation techniques with healthier alternatives.

In addition to learning positive ways to cope with stress, participants also will be eligible for weekly random drawings. Employees participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program also will earn 20 points toward their Tier Two total for completing this 28-day challenge – an added incentive for your healthy living!

Registration for the Winter Chill 28-Day Challenge will be accepted through Jan. 27.
