Gratitude 28-Day Challenge April 6 – May 3

It's easy to take things for granted, especially when so much of our time is spent pursuing things we don't currently have. You can cultivate more gratitude through regular practice.

During this 28-day challenge, you will be asked to practice gratitude daily. Let this challenge be your guide. Then use this foundation to make gratitude a lifelong habit. You-and the people around you have a lot to be grateful for.

As a challenge participant, you will receive educational materials, weekly emails from your Be Well partner, and access to unlimited telephonic health coaching. You will report your weekly progress using your Be Well portal and portal.bewelldata.com.

Each week, participants will also be eligible for our random prize drawings as an added nudge to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge on how to collect their prize. We will also provide a “virtual” gratitude graffiti board for 鶹ѡfaculty and staff to post their “notes of gratitude” throughout April. More details to come on this new virtual offering.

Finally, participation in the 28-Day Gratitude Challenge may also qualify you for 20 Wellness Your Way points toward Tier 2. Participants must participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for their wellness points.
