Asan, South Korea鈥嬧嬧嬧嬧嬧嬧
Asan is a city in South Chungcheong Province, South Korea. The language that most of the city鈥檚 residents speak is Korean, the official language of South Korea.
South Korea is a country in East Asia that borders North Korea. Asan鈥檚 uniqueness lies in its abundance of hot springs, and the city is known for its large number of spas available. Students are encouraged to explore other aspects of the city鈥檚 culture too, including the Oeam Folk Village.
The city of Asan features important architectural landmarks that students could enjoy exploring. Some of these landmarks include the Onyang Folk Museum, allowing students to get a first-hand look at Asan鈥檚 history, and the Gongseri Catholic Church.
Many activities and tours are also available for students in Asan. Several of these include the Gingko Tree Road and the Statue of Peace.

SCH鈥檚 campus offers students many amenities. Services include on-campus housing, laundry facilities, convenience stores, sport and fitness facilities, and cafes and cafeterias. Transportation
Airports
The nearest airport to Asan is Cheongju International Airport. Via public transportation, Cheongju International Airport is approximately two and a half hours from the university. Incheon and Gimpo International Airports are also options for students traveling to and from South Korea. Both airports are located in Seoul and are approximately three hours away from the university by public transportation.
SCH may also offer students free airport pickup from Incheon International Airport on specific dates and times at the start of the semester.
Local Transit
Students can navigate Asan using buses or the subway. Trains are also an option for farther travel. A free shuttle bus will transport students from campus to the nearest subway station.
