A collaborative event between the KSU Neurodiversity Research Initiative of the Brain Health Research Institute and the Pontifical Catholic University of Parana, Curitiba, Brazil (PUC-PR).
What: Three days of lectures and presentations featuring researchers and scholars from KSU and PUC-PR discussing contemporary issues in autism and neurodiversity with a focus on cultural comparisons and intercultural learning.
When: 9-11:30am each day
Where: Brain Health Research Institute Lobby in the lower level of the Integrated Sciences Building on the Kent campus (069) and via Teams

Instructions for Choosing a Language in Teams:
When joining the 鈥淎dvanced Seminars in Autism Research鈥 Teams meeting, you will see an option to 鈥淐hoose interpretation language鈥. In the dropdown menu, please select the language you want to listen to during the meeting.
If you would like to change the language while in the meeting, please go to the 鈥... More鈥 menu at the top of the screen, then select 鈥淟anguage and speech鈥 from the dropdown menu. From there, choose 鈥淚nterpretation language.鈥 There you can choose the language you want to listen to during the meeting and are able to adjust the sound between the original audio and the interpretation audio.
If you are not able to find the 鈥淟anguage and speech鈥 menu, you can also switch to a different interpretation language by leaving and rejoining the meeting. Then, select the desired interpretation language from the dropdown menu again.
Presentation Questions:
There will be a time for questions after each presentation. Please use the Q&A feature to ask your questions. Your mic will be muted, and the chat function for the seminar has been disabled.
