The Account Development Representative (ADR) Team Provides Local and Global Customer Support to EHI Accounts by Handling the Following:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: DAMAGE CLAIMS:
• Emerald Club Member Support • Claims Inquiries
• Rate Verification  
• Researching Reservation & Rental Agreement BILLING
• Apply Account Number to open or closed rentals • Billing and Invoicing Inquiries
• Do Not Rent Customers • Method of Payment Changes
• Global Rental Customer Support • Receipt Requests

 

EXISTING RESERVATION SUPPORT

• Changing Rental Return Locations • Vehicle Availability
• Long-Term Rentals • Booking at Sold-Out Locations for Elite Executives
• Extensions to Current Open Rentals  

 

For Faster and Accurate Account Support, Please Remember:

• Account Name or Account Number • Use "High Importance" Emails for Emergency Requests Needing Resolution Within 24 hours
• Rental Agreement (RA) Number or Reservation Number • Call Your Sales Executive Directly if Traveler is at the Counter for Immediate Assistance
• Traveler Name • Avoid Adding Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"
