Innovation takes flight Nov. 3-5 at 麻豆精选鈥檚 event. It鈥檚 a weekend-long aviation hackathon that鈥檚 free and open to undergraduate and graduate students from any major or program from any U.S. university. Students interested in participating can register .
Katie Criswell, a junior communication studies major from North Canton, Ohio, is a co-producer of the event. She said that participants don鈥檛 need to be aeronautics or engineering majors and that the event is 鈥渙pen to everyone who wants to use their specific skill set to collaborate with other creative minds.鈥

Teams will have access to all of the specialized equipment in the DI Hub for the entire weekend and will use their skills and knowledge to build a project to completion during the event. Designs will address challenges in four specific areas: aerospace, advanced air mobility, travel experience and piloting.
