
鈥淕ung Hay Fat Choy鈥 is a traditional Chinese greeting wishing prosperity for the coming year. Chef Lianna Woll from University Culinary Services served up a special menu at Eastway Center鈥檚 Culinary Creations station to celebrate the Lunar New Year on Jan. 29. Years are represented by a symbolic animal, with 2025 being The Year of the Snake.
