The foot bone鈥檚 connected to the...shoulder bone? Understand how the body鈥檚 kinetic chains are interconnected, affecting movement patterns and training effectiveness across the body. This workshop will also address common dysfunctions and how to identify the root of pain as it relates to movement. Learn how to effectively program workouts and classes, improving movement quality and enhancing performance.
