Kathleen Swoboda, MLS, OTR/L is the full-time faculty member and academic program director in the OCAT program for Â鶹¾«Ñ¡Ashtabula and Â鶹¾«Ñ¡East Liverpool. She earned a Master's of Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling from Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ and a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Occupational Therapy. Ms. Swoboda received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology from Â鶹¾«Ñ¡.
