Dr. Rubén Del Rosario serves the College of Aeronautics and Engineering (CAE) as Director, Center for Advanced Air Mobility and Professor. In these roles, he will facilitate the continuing development of the Center for Advanced Air Mobility (CAAM) as the premiere venue for faculty and students to engage and utilize the center’s recognition and successes to bring to them additional opportunities while capitalizing on the CAE’s capability to deliver hands-on, real-world experience for its students, preparing them for the future of AAM.

Dr. Del Rosario joined the college after five years at Crown consulting as Vice President, Aerospace and Advanced Transportation, after a 29-year career at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) John. H. Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he last served as Director of Aeronautics, providing executive leadership for aeronautics R&D programs and projects in support of the NASA’s Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) and overseeing annual budgets of more than $150 million.
