The education services company profiles the college in its ranking. Kent Stateās Online MBA program is the only one in Ohio to be ranked in the Top 50.

The Princeton Reviewās Best Business Schools rankings are uniquely based on institutional data the company gathers from administrators at business schools as well as surveys of students attending the schools who rate and report on their experiences at them. The rankings for 2023 are based on surveys in 2021-22 of administrators at 397 business schools offering on-campus and/or online MBAs, and surveys of 29,900 students enrolled in the schools over the past three academic years.
The program is the only Online MBA in the nation to currently hold Quality Matters Program Design Certification and Quality Matters Learner Success Certification.
