Starting a new role can be exciting and overwhelming. This workshop (Thursday, April 10 from 11:00 – 12:30 pm) is designed to help you navigate the critical first 90 days with confidence and clarity, setting the foundation for long-term success.

• Building Relationships: Learn how to effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.

• Overcoming Challenges: Identify common pitfalls new employees face and learn proactive approaches to tackle them.
