Maximize your career fair success with this dynamic workshop (Tuesday, February 4th from 11:00 – 12:30 pm) designed to help you stand out and make meaningful connections. Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a seasoned job seeker, this session equips you with the strategies and confidence needed to excel.

What You’ll Learn:

• Before the Fair: Tips for researching companies, tailoring your resume, and preparing an elevator pitch that makes a strong first impression.
• During the Fair: Strategies to approach recruiters, ask insightful questions, and present yourself as a top candidate.
• After the Fair: Learn how to follow up effectively to keep the conversation going and solidify your professional relationships.

You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and get their resume reviewed by a Career Advisor. In addition, an employer partner from Union Home Mortgage and Fastenal will be present for questions and networking opportunities.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be ready to navigate the career fair with poise, professionalism, and purpose—setting yourself apart from the crowd.
