I am from Mansfield, Ohio, and I have a bachelor's degree in political science and history and an M.A.Ed. in higher education administration from The University of Akron.
My advice for prospective students is: Your courses will likely transfer to the institutions you are interested in, but make sure to ask about how your transfer credits fit into your degree program.
What I Love About Kent State
The institution’s commitment to offering a high-quality, affordable education. I also enjoy that even though the university is in a rural area, it is close to everything that Northeast Ohio has to offer.
Fun Facts
• I am a big fan of hiking and all professional Cleveland sports!
• My favorite on-campus food is the Hub. They have a little bit of everything!
